It is SunCon's Board policy to recommend and distribute minimum dividends of 35% of our annual core profit attributable to shareholders of the Company twice a year. SunCon is committed in providing good returns to our shareholders as our appreciation in support towards the Company's growth. We have been paying more than 35% of our annual core profit since listing in July 2015 to date. It is the Board's continuous intention to pay good dividends to our shareholders.

Our ability to pay dividends or make other distributions to our shareholders is subject to various factors including, but not limited to, the level of our cash, gearing, return on equity and retained earnings, our expected financial performance, our working capital requirements and our existing and future debt obligations. No inference should be made from any of the foregoing statements as to our actual future profitability or our ability to pay dividends in the future.
