The Board of Directors ("Board") of RKIB wishes to announce that the Board had on 26 February 2026 approved the extension of duration of ESS, which is expiring on 13 April 2026, for a further period of five (5) years from 14 April 2026 to 13 April 2031, in accordance with the By-Laws of ESS.
This extension is not subject to any approval from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad or the shareholders of the Company.
