Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 23 January 2025 in relation to the In-Principle Agreement on Capital Transfer entered into between L-Tree Resources Sdn. Bhd., RK Resources Co. Ltd. and Maideli Pte. Ltd. ("collectively as Parties"). The terms herein shall bear the same meaning as defined in the said announcement.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company had on 5 June 2025 entered into a Supplemental Agreement to the In-Principle Agreement ("Supplemental Agreement") pertaining to the Disposal.

The Parties have mutually agreed to amend certain terms of the In-Principle Agreement by extending the final payment deadline to 8 August 2025 in accordance with the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Supplemental Agreement. 

The Supplemental Agreement is available for inspection at the Company’s registered office at 12th Floor, Menara Symphony, No. 5, Jalan Prof. Khoo Kay Kim, Seksyen 13, 46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia during ordinary business hours from Mondays to Fridays (except on public holidays).
