The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Directors have on 27 August 2024 proposed a final single-tier dividend of 3.0 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ended 30 June 2024 ("Proposed Final Dividend"), subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Thirtieth Annual General Meeting of the Company.
The entitlement date and payment date for the Proposed Final Dividend will be determined and announced by the Company in due course.
