Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 6 November 2023, 3 September 2024 and 14 November 2025 in relation to the Material Litigation for Writ of Summon No. MA-22NCC-22-10/2023 served by Surian Creations Sdn. Bhd. ("Plaintiff") against a former director, Dato' Sri Lim Teck Boon and 26 ors ("Defendants"). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Company's earlier announcements.

The Board of Directors of Euro wishes to announce that the Plaintiff's claim had been struck out by the High Court of Melaka at the case management held on 26 May 2026 with costs of RM10,000.00 to be paid by the Plaintiff to each set of the solicitors for the Defendants.

The Company will make further announcements as and when there are any material developments in relation to the above matter.
