The Board of Directors of Euro Holdings Berhad (“Euro” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company is proposing to seek the shareholders’ approval on the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders’ Mandate and Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority at the forthcoming Twentieth (“20th”) Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company to be convened a date to be notified later.
A Circular to Shareholders containing the details in relation to the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders’ Mandate and Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-back Authority will be available in due course.
