Pursuant to Paragraph 10.06 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), the Board of Directors of Euro wishes to announce that Euro Chairs Manufacturer (M) Sdn Bhd, its wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company (“ECM” or “the Vendor”) had on 7 June 2024 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) with TTF Marketing Holdings Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 199601035401 (407754-H)] (“TTF” or “the Purchaser”) for disposal of all that piece of Industrial Land held under Geran 86293, Lot 178 Seksyen 19, Bandar Rawang, Daerah Gombak, State of Selangor (“the Title”) together with a double storey detached factory with an annexed 3-storey office building, a TNB substation and a Guard House erected thereon and with the postal address of Wisma Euro Lot 21, Rawang Industrial Estate, 48000 Rawang, Selangor (“the Building”), measuring approximately 8,094 square metres in area (“the Property”) for a cash consideration of RM17.30 million only, subject to the terms and conditions contained in the SPA (“Proposed Disposal”).
