We refer to the announcements made on 9 February 2023, 27 February 2023, 6 April 2023, 13 April 2023, 28 April 2023, 5 May 2023, 18 September 2023, 21 September 2023, 27 September 2023 and 4 October 2023 in relation to the Corporate Exercises (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

 

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Board had on 29 March 2024 (“Price-fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for the second tranche of the Private Placement at RM0.0430 per Placement Share (“Issue Price”).

 

The Issue Price is at a discount of RM0.0072 or approximately 14.34% to the 5-day volume weighted average market price of EURO Shares up to and including 27 March 2024 (being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-fixing Date) of RM0.0502 per EURO Share.
