Description	PECCA GROUP BERHAD ("PECCA" OR "COMPANY") - MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN PECCA AVIATION SERVICES SDN BHD ("PASSB") AND BETAMEK RESEARCH SDN BHD ("BRSB")
Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 8 October 2025 in relation to the MOU signed between PASSB and BRSB (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions as set out in the Announcement shall apply therein. The Company wishes to provide the following updates: PASSB and BRSB have conducted three (3) joint brainstorming sessions on 24 October 2025, 11 November 2025 and 28 November 2025 involving selected management and technical personnel from both parties. The sessions focused on exploring a joint business plan for the development of In-Flight Entertainment (“IFE”) solutions for the aviation market and Passenger Information Entertainment System (“PIES”) solutions for the rail industry. Key matters discussed included applicable regulations and standards as well as the development of the business canvas. The next phase will focus on benchmarking product development costs and formulating the proposed commercial structure for potential customers. This announcement is dated 7 January 2026.
