We refer to the announcements dated 5 December 2024 and 16 December 2024 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions for capitalised terms as set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, the Joint Principal Advisers wish to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 27 January 2025 resolved to approve Pavilion REIT’s application for an extension of time that was made pursuant to Paragraph 9.33(1)(a) of the Listing Requirements, until 18 February 2025 to submit the draft circular to the Unitholders in relation to the Proposals to Bursa Securities.
