| Outcome of Meeting | The Board of Directors of Pavilion REIT Management Sdn Bhd, the manager of Pavilion Real Estate Investment Trust ("Pavilion REIT") wishes to anounce that the ordinary resolution as set out in the Notice of Twelfth Annual General Meeting ("12th AGM") of Pavilion REIT dated 29 February 2024 was approved by the unitholders of Pavilion REIT at the 12th AGM held on Tuesday, 23 April 2024 at 10.00 a.m.
The voting in respect of the resolution was carried out by way of poll and the results were validated by Asia Securities Sdn Berhad, the independent scrutineer for the 12th AGM.
