The Board of Directors of CBHB (“the Board”) wishes to announce that CBH Engineering Sdn Bhd (“CBH Engineering”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 23 December 2025 accepted two (2) Letters of Award dated 11 December 2025 (“LOA”) (collectively referred to as the “Contract”) from Company A for the design, installation and completion, as well as the supply of materials, for the extension of an existing 275kV Consumer Landing Station at a data centre located in Southern of Peninsular Malaysia (“Works”).
