Bursa Announcement

The Board of Directors of CBHB (“the Board”) wishes to announce that CBHB had on 9 October 2025 entered into a conditional Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) with Syskon Corporation Sdn Bhd (the “Vendor”) for the acquisition of a piece of freehold land held under Hakmilik No. Geran 99178, Lot 69265, Mukim Klang, District of Klang, State of Selangor Darul Ehsan measuring approximately 3,866 square meters in area (“Land”) together with a single-storey factory annexed with a double-storey office building erected thereon (“Building”) (collectively, “Property”) for a total purchase consideration of RM14,390,000.00 to be satisfied entirely by cash (“Purchase Consideration”) (“Proposed Acquisition”).
