Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the previous announcements dated 18 September 2019, 7 December 2020 and 27 March 2024 in respect of the MTN Programme.

We refer to the previous announcements dated 18 September 2019, 7 December 2020 and 27 March 2024 in respect of the MTN Programme.

The Board of Directors of Atrium REIT Managers Sdn Bhd, the Manager of Atrium REIT, wishes to announce that Public Bank Berhad is agreeable to subscribe for Tranche 5 of the MTN Programme of RM35 million (“Tranche 5 MTN”).

The Tranche 5 MTN has a tenure of seven (7) years from the date of issuance with one lump sum redemption at the end of the tenure, together with the other terms and conditions as contained in the letter of subscription dated 18 April 2025.

Proceeds raised from the Tranche 5 MTN shall be utilised by Atrium REIT Capital Sdn Bhd (“the Issuer”) to finance/reimburse the asset enhancement initiative cost of a parcel of leasehold land held under issue document of title H.S.(D) 324738, PT-, Mukim Damansara, Daerah Petaling, Negeri Selangor (expiring on 13 November 2068) together with all other buildings and structures erected thereon and bearing postal address of Lot 5, Persiaran Raja Muda, Seksyen 16, 40200 Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan.
