We refer to the announcements dated 30 December 2022, 27 January 2023, 10 March 2023, 20 March 2023, 9 May 2023 and 15 June 2023.
The Board of Directors of Atrium REIT Managers Sdn Bhd, the Manager of Atrium REIT, wishes to announce that the Plaintiff has on even date filed a Notice of Discontinuation at the Kuala Lumpur High Court to discontinue the legal proceedings with a compensation of RM10,000 cost to the Defendant. The Defendant shall refund the balance deposit to the Plaintiff after deduction of the afore-mentioned cost within fourteen (14) days from the date of the Notice of Discontinuation.
Any material development will be announced accordingly.
