Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in Atrium REIT’s circular to unitholders dated 17 May 2019 (“Circular”) in relation to Proposed Acquisition 1.
We refer to Atrium REIT’s previous announcements in relation to the Proposed Acquisition 1.
In relation thereto, the Board wishes to announce that the balance purchase price (representing 90% of the Purchase Consideration 1) of RM45.0 million has been paid in full, marking the completion of the Proposed Acquisition 1 (“Completion”). The Proposed Acquisition 1 has been completed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SPA 1 dated 11 November 2019.
Following the Completion, the Trustee will leaseback Property 1 to Lumileds pursuant to the Leaseback Agreement 1, which will be effective today.
