The Board of Directors of Vanzo Holdings Berhad (“Vanzo” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Vanzo Asia Sdn. Bhd. (“VASB”) had on 20 June 2025 entered into an Agreement (“Agreement”) with Xishangxi International Marketing Co., Ltd. (Company Registration No.: 27737209 (“XIMCL”)) (collectively, “the Parties”). Pursuant to the Agreement, XIMCL is appointed as the exclusive distributor to distribute VASB’s products (“Products”) in both online and physical stores of Watsons Taiwan (“Watsons”), subject to the terms and conditions particularly set out in the said Agreement.
