We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 14 May 2025, 27 May 2025, 30 June 2025, 8 July 2025, 30 July 2025 and 1 August 2025 in relation to the Regularisation Plan. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the said announcements.
On behalf of the Board, MBSB Investment Bank Berhad (formerly known as MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Berhad) wishes to announce that the High Court of Malaya had, on 8 August 2025, granted an order confirming the Share Capital Reduction pursuant to Section 116 of the Act (“Court Order”). The sealed copy of the Court Order will be extracted and lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia pursuant to Section 116(6) of the Act for the Share Capital Reduction to take effect.
The effective date of the Share Capital Reduction will be announced in due course.
