Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Company’s announcements in relation to the disclosure requirements under Paragraph 4.1(c) of PN17 of the Listing Requirements.

We refer to the Company’s first announcement dated 31 May 2022 and subsequent announcements in relation to the Company being classified as an affected listed issuer and the disclosure requirements under Paragraph 4.1(c) of PN17 of the Listing Requirements.

The Company had on 8 July 2025 issued a circular to shareholders of the Company in relation to the Proposed Regularisation Plan and had held the extraordinary general meeting (“EGM”) for the Proposed Regularisation Plan on 30 July 2025.

Accordingly, the resolutions pertaining to the Proposed Regularisation Plan have been approved by the Company’s shareholders at the EGM held on 30 July 2025.

The Company will make the necessary announcement(s) regarding the implementation of the Regularisation Plan accordingly.
