Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(51) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Main Market Listing Requirements, RCE wishes to announce that the Company on 11 August 2025 offered a total of 31,709,000 options to the eligible employees under the Employees' Share Option Scheme of the Company's ESS at an option price of RM0.96 in accordance with the By-Laws of the Company's ESS.

The options are vested on the date of acceptance of the offer and the market price of RCE shares at the close of the market on 11 August 2025 was RM1.10.
