Reference is made to the Company’s announcement on 1 September 2023.
As announced earlier, the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, Kumpulan Ikram Sdn. Bhd. (“KISB" or "Defendant”), had received a Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim served by Tenaga Nasional Berhad (“TNB” or ”Plaintiff”) claiming RM6,799,961.83.
The Company wishes to announce that the full trial scheduled on 25 and 26 October 2023 has been concluded and that the Penang High Court has fixed 22 February 2024 for decision. |
