Pavilion REIT Management Sdn Bhd ("the Company"), the manager of Pavilion Real Estate Investment Trust, wishes to announce the appointment of  Encik Abdul Rahim Bin Mohamed Ali as a member of the Sustainability Committee on 30 October 2025, following his appointment as a Director of the Company on the same date. 

The composition of the Sustainability Committee after the change above, is as below:
