We refer to the announcements dated 5 December 2024, 16 December 2024, 27 January 2025, 13 February 2025, 28 March 2025 and 7 May 2025 in relation to the Proposals and the circular to the unitholders of Pavilion REIT dated 17 April 2025.
On behalf of the Board, the Joint Principal Advisers wish to announce that all the Conditions Precedent as set out in the SPAs have been fulfilled. Accordingly, the SPAs have become unconditional as at the date of this announcement.
