| Outcome of Meeting | The Board of Directors of Pavilion REIT Management Sdn Bhd, the manager of Pavilion Real Estate Investment Trust ("Pavilion REIT") wishes to anounce that the ordinary resolution as set out in the Notice of the Thirteenth Annual General Meeting ("13th AGM") of Pavilion REIT dated 13 March 2025 was approved by the unitholders of Pavilion REIT at the 13th AGM held on Wednesday, 7 May 2025 at 10.00 a.m.
The voting in respect of the resolution was carried out by way of poll and the results were validated by Quantegic Services Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer for the 13th AGM.
