The Company wishes to announce that Bursa Securities has, via its letter dated 6 March 2025, decided to delist the Company from the Official List of Bursa Securities on 11 March 2025.

Following the decision of Bursa Securities, the Board is currently evaluating all available options including carefully considering the relevant facts, circumstances and material developments in relation to the LRT Project to determine the most appropriate next course of action.
