We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 27 January 2022 and 28 January 2022 in relation to the First Announcement and the announcements made on 16 August 2023, 23 August 2023 and 13 October 2023, 26 January 2024, 29 January 2024 and 4 March 2024. Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as those used in the said announcements.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Nylex, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad (“Maybank IB”) wishes to announce that the Company has submitted an application to Bursa Securities today in respect of the following:

(a)        appeal against the decision of Bursa Securities to de-list the securities of the Company from the Official List of Bursa Securities; and

(b)        subject to the appeal being considered favourably by Bursa Securities, to seek an extension of time to submit a regularisation plan to the SC.

The Company will make an announcement upon receiving the decision of Bursa Securities on the abovementioned application.
