We refer to the Company’s Announcements in relation to the HOA with SBI, LBS, BTS and Ancom for the Proposals.
The Company wishes to announce that the Parties have mutually agreed to extend the Long Stop Date to 31 January 2025.
Save for the above, all other terms and conditions of the HOA remain unchanged.
