(COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS "RIGHTS ISSUES")

(Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Company’s abridged prospectus in relation to the Rights Issues dated 19 September 2025 (“Abridged Prospectus”))

 

We refer to the announcements dated 28 March 2025, 8 April 2025, 12 June 2025, 13 June 2025, 23 July 2025, 2 September 2025, 18 September 2025, the Company’s circular to shareholders dated 5 August 2025 and the Abridged Prospectus in relation to the Rights Issues.

 

On behalf of the Board of Directors of KPPROP, Maybank IB wishes to announce that as at the close of acceptance, excess application and payment for the Rights Issue of Shares and Rights Issue of RCULS at 5.00 p.m. on 6 October 2025 (“Closing Date”), KPPROP had received valid acceptances and excess applications for 446,251,332 Rights Shares and 613,031,449 RCULS respectively, representing an oversubscription of 172,430,563 Rights Shares or approximately 62.97% and 202,300,295 RCULS or approximately 49.25% over the total number of 273,820,769 Rights Shares and 410,731,154 RCULS available for subscription under the Rights Issue of Shares and Rights Issue of RCULS respectively.

 

The details of the valid acceptances and excess applications received as at the Closing Date are as follows:

As set out in Section 12.9.1 of the Abridged Prospectus, the Excess Rights Shares and Excess RCULS have been allocated in the following priority:

  1. firstly, to minimise the incidence of odd lots;
     
  2. secondly, for allocation to Entitled Shareholders who have applied for the Excess Rights Shares and/or Excess RCULS, on a pro rata basis and in board lots, calculated based on their respective shareholdings in the Company as per their CDS Accounts as at the Entitlement Date;
     
  3. thirdly, for allocation to Entitled Shareholders who have applied for Excess Rights Shares and/or Excess RCULS, on a pro rata basis and in board lots, calculated based on the quantum of their respective Excess Applications applied for; and
     
  4. fourthly, for allocation to renouncee(s)/transferee(s) of the Entitled Shareholders (if applicable) who have applied for Excess Rights Shares and/or Excess RCULS, on a pro rata basis and in board lots, calculated based on the quantum of their respective Excess Applications applied for.

For the Excess Rights Shares and/or Excess RCULS which remain unallocated after steps (i) to (iv) have been carried out, steps (ii), (iii) and (iv) have been repeated in the same sequence to allocate such remaining Excess Rights Shares and/or Excess RCULS.

 

The Rights Shares and RCULS are expected to be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 21 October 2025.
