We refer to the announcements dated 28 March 2025 and 8 April 2025 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of KPPROP, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad (“Maybank IB”) wishes to announce that the SC had, vide its letter dated 11 June 2025, granted its approval under Section 214(1) of the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 for the issuance of the RCULS pursuant to the Proposed Rights Issue of RCULS, subject to the compliance with the standard conditions and continuing obligations as stipulated in the SC’s Guidelines on Issuance of Corporate Bonds and Sukuk to Retail Investors (“Guidelines”).
Maybank IB is required to submit a checklist of compliance with the standard conditions and continuing obligations as stipulated in the Guidelines and any other condition imposed in any other letter issued in connection with the Proposed Rights Issue of RCULS within seven (7) business days from the date of issuance of the RCULS.
