Pursuant to Rule 9.20 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, KAG wishes to announce that as at 15 March 2024, the aggregate value of quoted securities acquired by the Company that has not been announced for the preceding twelve (12) months has exceeded 5% of the Company’s latest audited consolidated net assets as at 31 March 2023.
