Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 9 January 2026 and 13 January 2026, the Board wishes to announce that the Agrement has become unconditional on 14 April 2026, upon the receipt of the PDC Consent for the Landlord to rent the Demised Premises to the Tenant. Accordingly, the commencement date of the Agreement is 14 April 2026.
