The Board of Directors of HGB (“Board” or “Directors”) wishes to announce that Hextar Oiltech Sdn Bhd [Registration No. 202201006014 (1451711-V)] ("HOSB”), a 60%-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 20 March 2025, entered into a Distribution Agreement (“the Agreement”) with Technolube LLC (“Technolube”) (collectively referred to as “the Parties”) whereby Technolube hereby appoints HOSB for distributing, trading and sale and promotion of the Lubricants and greases to the Customers in Malaysia territory.
