The Board of Directors of Hextar wishes to announce that Durian Boat Global Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Hextar IOT Sdn. Bhd.) [Registration No. 202001008738 (1365058-P)] , an indirect 51%-owned subsidiary of Hextar, had on 24 May 2024 entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with Shenzhen Yoursender Investment Co. Ltd. (Business License No. 91440300MA5G4M3U73) for the establishment of a joint venture company to expand Durian Boat’s business in China.
