The Board of Directors of Hextar wishes to announce that Hextar Kimia Sdn Bhd, a 49%-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 14 September 2023, entered into a Term Sheet with Propel Global Berhad for the acquisition of 1,008,000 ordinary shares, representing 100% equity interest in Propel Chemicals Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Daya Secadyme Sdn Bhd) for a cash consideration of RM16,500,000.00, subject to certain adjustment as set out in the Term Sheet and as may be determined by both parties on a later date.
