Bursa Announcements

(For consistency, the abbreviations used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the announcement dated 28 February 2023 in relation to the Proposed Bonus Issue of Shares, where applicable, unless stated otherwise or defined herein.)
 

Reference is made to the earlier announcement dated 28 February 2023.
 

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities is pleased to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 8 March 2023, approved the listing and quotation of up to 2,626,174,568 Bonus Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Bonus Issue of Shares subject to, amongst others, the following conditions:
 

(i)         Hextar and TA Securities must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Bonus Issue of Shares;
 

(ii)         Hextar and TA Securities to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Bonus Issue of Shares;
 

(iii)        Hextar and TA Securities to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Bonus Issue of Shares is completed; and
 

(iv)        Hextar to make the relevant announcements pursuant to Paragraphs 6.35(2)(a) and (b) as well as 6.35(4) of the Listing Requirements in relation to the Proposed Bonus Issue of Shares.
