Members' Voluntary Winding-up of Subsidiary

The Board of Directors ("the Board") of Hextar Global Berhad ("HGB") wishes to announce that, Halex Link Sdn Bhd ("HLSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of HGB ("the Subsidiary") has commenced Members' Voluntary Winding-Up on 24 December 2021 pursuant to Section 439 of the Companies Act 2016.

 

Details of the Subsidiary are as follows:-

Ms Wong Wai Foong of Unit 30-01, Level 30, Tower A, Vertical Business Suite, Avenue 3, No. 8, Jalan Kerinchi, 59200 Kuala Lumpur has been appointed as the Liquidator for the Members' Voluntary Winding-Up of the abovementioned Subsidiary.

 

The Members' Voluntary Winding-Up of the abovementioned Subsidiary will not have any significant effect on the earnings and net assets of the HGB Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2021. None of the Directors or substantial shareholders of HGB or persons connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Members' Voluntary Winding-Up.
