The Board of Directors of AmREIT Managers Sdn. Bhd. ("AmREIT"), the Manager of AmFIRST Real Estate Investment Trust ("AmFIRST REIT" or the "Trust"), wishes to announce that a revaluation exercise has been carried out on AmFIRST REIT's investment properties (the "Revaluation"). The details of the Revaluation are set out in the attachment.
