Pursuant to the announcements made on 1 July 2022 and 6 July 2022 in relation to the Sale and Purchase Agreement (the “SPA”) entered between the Vendor and the Purchaser on the Proposed Disposal, the Board of Directors of the Manager, AmREIT Managers Sdn Bhd, the Manager for AmFIRST REIT, is pleased to announce that the SPA has been completed on 15 November 2022.
