Am ARA REIT Managers Sdn Bhd (“the Manager”), the manager of AmFIRST REIT, wishes to announce that Mayban Trustees Berhad ("MTB" or the "Purchaser"), the trustee for AmFIRST REIT has exercised its right pursuant to the Letter of Offer dated 26 August 2010 to extend the Exclusivity Period to 5 November 2010 to complete the due diligence review on the Property and to negotiate and conclude the terms and conditions of the transaction documents, subject to any further extension or extensions as may be exercised.
