Unless otherwise stated, the abbreviations and definitions used in the announcement by AmFIRST REIT dated 18 May 2020, 12 June 2020 and 25 June 2020 (“Announcements”) in relation to the Proposed Amendments and Restatements of the Trust Deed shall apply herein.

 

We refer to the Announcements in relation to the Proposed Amendments and Restatements of the Trust Deed, the Board of Directors of the Manager wishes to announce that the Amended and Restated Trust Deed dated 12 June 2020 has been registered with the Securities Commission ("SC") on 22 July 2020.

 

The effective date of the Amended and Restated Trust Deed is 22 July 2020.
