Unless otherwise stated, the abbreviations and definitions used in the announcement by AmFIRST REIT dated 18 May 2020 and 12 June 2020 (“Announcements”) in relation to the Proposed Amendments and Restatements of the Trust Deed shall apply herein.

 

Further to our Announcements on 18 May 2020 and 12 June 2020, the Board of Directors of the Manager wishes to announce that the Amended and Restated Trust Deed has been submitted to the Securities Commission (“SC”) for registration today and it will be lodged with the SC thereafter.
