Unless otherwise stated, the abbreviations and definitions used in the announcement by AmFIRST REIT dated 18 May 2020 (“Announcement”) in relation to the Proposed Amendments and Restatements of the Trust Deed shall apply herein.
Further to our Announcement on 18 May 2020, the Board of Directors of the Manager wishes to announce that the Manager and the Trustee had today executed the Amended and Restated Trust Deed. The Amended and Restated Trust Deed will be submitted to the Securities Commission (“SC”) for registration and will be lodged with the SC thereafter.
