ContentsPursuant to our announcement dated 4 May 2010, Am ARA REIT Managers Sdn Bhd, the Manager of AmFirst Real Estate Investment Trust ("AmFIRST") is pleased to announce that Joint Management Body of The Summit Subang USJ (“JMB”) has unanimously approved the entitlement of the compensation amount of RM6,675,075 which was received from the Selangor State Government for the compulsory acquisition of the land at the front of The Summit Subang USJ.

AmFIRST’s compensation entitlement is RM5,671,552 out of above sum of RM6,675,075.
