ContentsPursuant to our announcement dated 19 March 2010, Am ARA REIT Managers Sdn Bhd, the Manager of AmFIRST is pleased to announce that it has received the said compensation sum of RM 3,204,596 as per Form H from the Selangor State Government.

The compulsory acquisition also involved part of the Land in the form of common area belonging to the Joint Management Body of The Summit Subang USJ (“JMB”) of which AmFIRST has a substantial interest. A compensation amount of RM6,675,075 was received by the JMB for the said Land and AmFIRST's entitlement of the sum will be determined in due course.

In regards to the appeal to review the compensation sums awarded, a notice has been served to attend a hearing scheduled on 26 May 2010 at the Mahkamah Tinggi Sivil Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan.

The Manager of AmFIRST will make further announcement on the outcome of the hearing in due course.
