Final income distribution of 2.13 sen per unit (of which 1.99 sen per unit is taxable and 0.14 sen per unit is tax exempt/non-taxable) in respect of the six-month financial period from 1 October 2018 to 31 March 2019.

Further to Reference No. ILC-22042019-00005, due to the implementation of T+2 settlement cycle;

1)  The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Income” as from: 9 May 2019 (Instead of 8 May 2019)
2)  The last date of lodgment : 10 May 2019 (Remain Unchanged)
3)  Date Payable : 29 May 2019 (Remain Unchanged)

Remarks: This amended announcement is made in line with Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's proposed move to shorten the Securities Settlement Cycle to two-days cycle ("T+2") from the current three-days cycle ("T+3") via its notification letter dated 21 February 2019 and 26 April 2019 respectively. With this, the key changes from our previous announcement includes: 1. Revision of the EX-date; and 2. Revision of the time when a depositor shall qualify for the entitlement only in respect of securities transferred into the Depositor's Securities Account in respect of transfers. All other terms of the entitlement and payment remain unchanged.
