We refer to the announcement dated 31 May 2018 in relation to the Notice of the Sixth Annual General Meeting of AmFIRST Real Estate Investment Trust ("AmFIRST REIT") [the "Notice"].
We are pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice were duly passed by way of poll. The results of the poll were duly verified by Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn Bhd, the independent Scrutineers appointed by AmREIT Managers Sdn Bhd, the Manager of AmFIRST REIT.
