Pursuant to the announcement made on 19 January 2009 on the Proposed Acquisition, Am ARA REIT Managers Sdn Bhd, the management company of AmFIRST REIT, is pleased to announce that the Proposed Acquisition was completed on 8 September 2009 in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated in the Sale and Purchase Agreement made on 19 January 2009 between Air-Conditioning Systems Design Sdn Bhd and Mayban Trustees Berhad as trustee for AmFIRST REIT.

With this acquisition, AMFIRST REIT owns 12 floors out of 13 floors of offices at Menara Summit.
