The Board of Directors of Am ARA REIT Managers Sdn Bhd, the Manager of AmFIRST Real Estate Investment Trust ("AmFIRST REIT"), wishes to announce that a revaluation exercise has been carried out on AmFIRST REIT's investment properties (the "Revaluation"). The details of the Revaluation are set out in the attachment.
