The Board of Directors (“Board”) of Kerjaya Prospek Property Berhad (“Company”) wishes to announce that the Company has established a Sustainability Committee with effect from 30 May 2025 to assist the Board to oversee the Company’s sustainability strategies, policies, and initiatives, and to ensure the effective integration of Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) considerations into the Company’s business operations.

The Sustainability Committee is established as part of the Company’s commitment to enhancing its ESG practices, in line with Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad’s Sustainability Reporting requirements and the increasing expectations of stakeholders.

The members of the Sustainability Committee are as follows:-

1. Datin Seri Toh Siew Chuon (Chairperson) – Executive Chairperson
2. Mr. Kuan Ying Tung (Member) - Independent Non-Executive Director
3. Ir. Low Wuu Shin (Member) - Independent Non-Executive Director
4. Mr. Tee Sun Ee (Member) - Independent Non-Executive Director

The Sustainability Committee is assisted by the Sustainability Co-ordinator and the Sustainability Working Group in developing, implementing and driving the Company’s ESG strategies and initiatives.
