On behalf of the Board of Directors of KPPROP, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad (“Maybank IB”) wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake a renounceable rights issue of up to RM324,879,710 nominal value of 1,160,284,678 8-year 4.2% redeemable convertible unsecured loan stocks in the Company (“RCULS”) at 100% of its nominal value of RM0.28 each on the basis of 2 RCULS for every 1 existing ordinary share in KPPROP held by the entitled shareholders of the KPPROP on an entitlement date to be determined and announced later (“Proposed Rights Issue of RCULS”).
